1. Eligibility – Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
2. Request Window – You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
3. Condition – Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Refund Process – Refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
5. Non-Returnable Items – Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
